Can't leave replies or quote
 

Not sure what is going on. Every time a try to reply to a forum or quote someone, I get denied or get an error message.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there a character limit? Is it because I'm a new member? Should I use a different browser instead of Chrome?

EDIT: To any admins or tech support reading this, you might went to send me a note or something, in case I can't reply to this thread for some reason.
