So we still don’t know what the final carrier Zord/Ultrazord is yet?

Technically, the Good Cool Kaiser VSX is Ultrazord in this series....

We’ll see. Doubtful about that.

Since Satoru is back, does this mean we'll be getting another Paotranger or will he and Sakuya be alternating?

He's most likely Patren #0.

Are the Lupins’ identities gonna be revealed to the Patos next month?

I think it might be the episode after new year. Seeing as they usually do a clip show after new year, I can see a scenario where the Pats look back at the year like a work in progress case with all the evidence they have. Then at the end, they piece together everything, and then discover that the Lupins are the Juror people and then lead to the endgame.

Some additional info from the scans:
- Noel met Arsene Lupin as a child in France,and was saved by Arsene
- Noel then lived with Arsene and learned how to modify the collections
- Kogure is also in debt of Arsene Lupin having been saved by him
- Satoru Shinonome, the former Patran 2, has been sent from GSPO France as a new agent
