Who is the worst Sentai Red Ranger?
 

For me, it's between Daigo Kiryu and Takaharu Igasaki.

Not really fan of screaming Red Rangers and I feel writers are literally copy and paste "screaming" characterization on Red Rangers.

TBH, I hated Takaharu more than Daigo because I dropped Ninninger around 5 episodes in. (Just can't really stand him screaming a lot)

I wish we could get more Red Ranger that doesn't scream a lot like Yamato Kazakiri or Kairi Yano but I feared Red Ranger of Ryusoulger would just be another generic screaming red ranger.

Takaharu (Aka Ninger), Sosuke (Go-On Red), and Daigo (Kyoryu Red)

Magired, dekared, boukenred, gekired, and even gosei red get slacks back in the days for being loud, arrogant, immature, young, or boring respectively. However, takaharu takes it for being annoying along with bad script for the whole series. Lucky as well. Daigo in a way is still likable personality wise despite being overexposed and saturated. Takaharu is bearsble when he's not the lead in 4 week anniversary specials,

To be fair Lucky grows out of it fairly quickly once Tsurugi gets introduced to the point he spent like 3 episodes in a row without saying YOSHA LUCKY! Although one of those had the others say it instead

I'd prefer a million screaming AkaNingers over boring drips like OhRed. At least Tahakaru has identifiable character traits beyond "squad leader."

I don't mind screaming reds if they're charismatic, and I'd even go as far as to say that every red since Go-Onger has their own charm.

That said, the only Red I've ever actively hated is MagiRed, and he's one of the earliest screaming reds.

I don't mind the "screaming red" trope because hot-blooded yelling is a staple of both shonen anime and super robot, so it's familiar. That being said, it tends to not work as well in live action.

I didn't watch much of it, but Lucky drove me CRAZY.
