Judging by the picture above, it looks like the two guys are the field 'agents' of the group while the woman in the suit is the leader. I'm not sure what the last girl's deal is though. She isn't wear clothes similar to either of the other three and she doesn't really look old enough to hold any sort of management position. Maybe she's the daughter of the woman in the suit? Though I'm not sure if the woman in the suit looks old enough to have a daughter that old...

The scans say she is the operator of the team so pretty much support crew like Miho and Toru from Go-Busters.
