I got question regarding Soreo Hiden
According to Specialized A.I. Law, Article 6 - Creation of an android that bears another person's likeness without consent is forbidden, regardless of the said likeness is of a family member. Using the likeness of a deceased person is also forbidden.
This article lead me to this question How did Korenosuke Hiden made a Humagear version of his dead son despite the law? Yeah, I always wonder how did Old Man Hiden made a Humagear based on his deceased son and get away with it? Did he bribes the government of letting him to creating a Humagear version of his son or they creates the law after Daybreak incident. I have a feeling that Old Man Hiden is hiding a secret we don’t know cause at some point, there’s going to be plot twist since most Rider shows always have a plot twist. |
If I understand correctly, the question centers on realistic Android laws and how they relate to the fictional legality in Zero-One.
I have four possibilities in mind: - Zero-One doesn't care about realism in that regard! - Zero-One was inspired by that law, but doesn't feel obligated to reference it. - Zero-One opted to forego that law in favor of showing the social, legal, and philosophical implications of Androids in a human society. - Zero-One has some secrets left in play. |
For one, he's the owner of Hiden, so he kinda has the leeway to this. Second, maybe Soreo was hidden from the public eye. Third, maybe the law only passed after the Daybreak.
