I know next to nothing about this man except for his name. So is this good or bad?

Quick search as there is not much to go on, He used to work for HBO for 33 years apparently if I read it right helping some of their well known shows. Sooooo this might be a very good thing.

If he's any good, we'll get more than a single season in a year.

Transformers has evolved into something that can have more than one show or one continuity running in a single year.

When someone dares to acknowledge and treat the Rangers the same way, we will finally have the "Ranger Renaissance" we so desperately need!

I hope he realizes the potential this franchise can be and transform it into something even better than before.
