In 2018 BBC released sets of everything each Doctor was in up to the 12th.

It was good that they had as the new run is now 17 years old. This could be a problem for episodes from the 9th Doctor and Rose as they are 16 years old.

Older episodes from An Unearthly Child Parts 1 - 4 - Doctor Who The Movie are released by mini series.

The episodes listed will be Audo CD only unless they decide to animate them but if this happens it will be through another official source as BBC has discontinued the project

Status - Delayed

You're missing The Space Pirates from season 6: Troughton's penultimate story and the last serial to have missing episodes (Invasion of the Dinosaurs has one episode that isn't available in color).

In addition:
The Moon Base is available with animated reconstructions of its missing episodes.
The intact episodes of The Crusade (which I want to say are 2 and 4) were released with bridging narration by William Russel on the lost episodes boxset.
A recreation of Mission to the Unknown made by some film students was released online a couple of years ago.
A version of The Wheel in Space with audio and captioned telesnaps is available for streaming on BritBox. It was announced, at the time, that this would be the first of multiple lost episodes added to the service. It's been several years now, though, and there has been no follow up on this pledge.
The Underwater Menace is technically available on dvd, but the two missing episodes are replaced with just audio and un-captioned telesnaps, which makes the final episode almost completely incomprehensible.

Some mini series have been filled in with anime editions to fill in the missing episodes
