Racles strikes a deal with Desnarak so they may conquer kingdoms together.

"Oh boy, here comes the only Racles fan..." -Probably everyone who's watched King-Ohger

Regarding the "peace treaty," I do feel like Racles knows at least that just calling a ceasefire won't satisfy them, so by limiting the damage by saving (ironic) Shuggodom in exchange for an offer they can't refuse in awakening their best warrior isn't an unreasonable deal. Deathnarok wants humans dead, Racles probably already knows that, which might be another reason Kuwagata Zero exists, in the likely event he has to square off against the Bugnarok, anyway, he won't want to awaken his best warrior and not cause destruction if everyone just joins in peace.

It also works in showing how naive Jeramie is in his goal, it's a start, but at the same time, is it necessarily a shock that the Bugnarok would want a peaceful resolution, or Racles for that matter? Anyway, the God Tarantula forcibly uniting King-Ohger is a clever idea that I enjoy.
