Mighty Morphin Power Rangers book series from Amulet Books
 
During the beginning of the year, a mysterious Amazon listing for an "untitled Power Rangers novel" appeared on multiple countries, before arriving to Amazon US a couple of months ago.

It's now revealed that this new novel is a part of a book series from Amulet Books, retelling MMPR stories for a young adult audience.

This one is called "Force of Chaos", written by Diana Ma, and it's focused on Trini in what appears to be a new alternate universe.

Release date: May 13, 2025.

It's labeled as "Book One" so perhaps more books from other characters' POVs? Either way, I'll be sure to check this out.

First Impressions: Neo-Trini is a Neo-Buffy analog. Basic premise is there--High School girl who wants normalcy until something abnormal happens.

Not an exact one-to-one parallel, as Buffy was depicted as something of an extrovert compared to this "Shy Trini" interpretation.

Maybe there will be other books with the perspectives of other characters since it's titled "Book One"? In any case, I will definitely check this out.
