BTW as someone who has watched the first Fate Stay anime who can tell me why it's disliked as well? I'm guessing it could be the liberties taken with the story or how ham fisted the Rin/Sakura plot was resolved during Caster's last battle, but if anyone can narrow it down for me I would be grateful seeing as the Nasuverse is BIG on lore.

Yeah, it's an overreaction, the anime had flaws, but it wasn't that bad.

I dunno, personally I always felt it had a slow pace in the beginning but as a whole it was enjoyable, though it does seem that most of the dislike nowadays comes from those that experienced Zero first.
