Decade's presence kinda rules out the summoned riders being constructs, though. He was summoned and was definity the real deal.

As for OOO using PuToTyra, IIRC technicly we only saw seven of the purple medals break. The full combo Maki had was never shown to break and could theoreticly still be intact for Eiji to recover.
