Considering Revoltech is ALSO doing Yu-Gi-Oh figures, I'm pretty sure GSC having the rights "first" is irrelevant. There is literally nothing stopping multiple companies working on a license except the owners of said license saying no.

And honestly, when it comes to animated designs, I prefer Figma over Figuarts. Their design style lends itself better. The joints on Figuarts are always too... obvious. Compare Sailor Moon or the Precures to anything put out by Figma.
