Yeah, I guess we'll have to agree to disagree here, since our takes on this character are different. But I think you're right that her character development is taking too many shortcuts. When all the focus is being given to Sougo, Geiz and the Wozes, it's easy to feel disconnected from Tsukuyomi.

I never made that connection before, but that does make a lot of sense for Sougo's motivation. Society must seem very unaccommodating to a man who wants to become a king. Even though he's a good guy who wouldn't wish harm on others, the dystopian content of his dream might give some insight in to some unconscious resentment for the world that opposes his dream.
