I'm not bothered by it, but I understand others ain't. There are nudes in the Manga, so this is not as graphic, but still.

I don't argue against the "For Older Audience," or the "Anime=Fanservice" angle, but another factor is W's inspiration from Noir Detective stories which are equally, if not, more loaded with that kind of content.

But to each their own. I understand the concerns, I'm not a fan either but I don't mind it either.
