I didn't think a day would come where Super Sentai would announce that it's done. I cut my teeth in the genre that is tokusatsu with Super Sentai, and it took me by surprise the moment I saw the words. Honestly, it still feels like a belated April Fool's joke, and I will surely miss everything about it and hope that this is truly not the end.
I want to thank Toei's Super Sentai department for taking on the daunting task of pumping out shows of a group of heroes year after year. I hope the swan song that is Gozyuger ends on a high note.
And to those who haven't seen one of the shows yet, you now have 49 shows (excluding oneshots and spinoffs) to choose from and 50 teams to call your fav. I hope whichever show you decide to watch is an enjoyable one and leads to exploring other shows including those not part of this series.
