I can't remember ATM where to find the video but its not a rumour at all, it was stated directly by TOEI staff, Lead-Producer of Toku I believe? It was released just before or after Zeztz started streaming, and i believe it was on their youtube?

EDIT: I couldnt find that video easily, but i found a video breaking it down. To be clear i didnt watch this video, but in it he is watching the video i'm talking about. Maybe he links it as well.
