Are you guys really talking about realistic scenarios like why gravity still worked in a tv show about grown ups who were rainbow colored spandex to fight evil monsters and take orders from a giant floating head??

Exactly. MMPR will always be a part of my childhood and hold a special place in my heart, I will forever appreciate it because without it I would have never had Time Force, RPM, Jungle Fury etc but that does not mean I think MMPR is a good show, no I think it's absolute garbage.

I never understood the attitude that we HAVE to like something just because it was the first to do it. The first is often the worst because it's still trying to make shit work, Saban clearly hadn't really worked it out until Lightspeed and even then that felt like a prototype for Time Force at times.

Worked what out exactly? I'm curious how you disliking the first 25 episodes of MMPR suddenly counts the following 6 seasons as garbage.

MMPR through Lost Galaxy is 6 series (When counting MMPR S1-3 as 1 series), while your statement declared the first "Good" season was Lightspeed (S7).

Let's see... MMPR had three season, then Zeo, Turbo and finally In Space with Lost Galaxy acting as a follow up and sequel of sorts. That's seven seasons right there, which makes Lightspeed Rescue season eight... Just thought I'd point it out.
