I am gonna have to agree to disagree here, by the end of Green With Evil I'd given the show near enough 25 episodes and it did nothing for me. It was as if no effort was even put in to make the most basic of things work and it was just unwatchable at times.

And alot of the plot made absolutely no sense. My biggest problem came when the Rangers lost their Power, before it became Alien Rangers. Okay. Ignoring Master Vile stole their powers and his Monster grew heads that looked like the Alien Rangers. To make them children again he stopped the Earth from spinning... Now look. I learned back in second grade that gravity happens because the Earth spins. They litteraly insulted the inteligence of children by saying that stopping the rotation of the Earth not only reverses time, but also has no effect on gravity what so ever.

I'm not really sure how an ALIEN ARTIFACT temporarily stopping the Earth's rotation to reverse time is insulting a kid's intelligence. You think kids aren't stupid, but they aren't clever enough to suspend their disbelief in a show about costumed superheroes and giant robots? It's not like Lost Galaxy where you can apparently survive in space without any sort of protection.

Lost Galaxy sucked in general though, they made no attempt to make Ginga fit with the new setting at all. The acting was atrocious and Terra Venture was about as convincing a space station as my house is. LOVED it as a kid though, so there is clearly a pattern here.

Orb of Doom kept gravity in check while time was reversed. There, done.

Actually, gravity is the natural attraction between two bodies of matter. Earth's size is what gives it its larger gravitational force. The fact that the Earth rotates is just a result of the conservation of angular momentum of the particles that formed Earth in the vacuum of space. In fact, gravity is what created the Earth—the gravitational attraction between particles caused them to form together into a planet. If the Earth were to stop rotating, I think the inhabitants of Earth would feel it, considering the speed of Earth's rotation.
