There was so much packed into this episode, a ton of backstory, plot progression, lore, foreshadowing, characterization, motivations, revelations, holy hell what an episode!

Also, totally gonna pull a Den-O here and say "called it!". I've been saying for a while now that I really don't think that Yggdrasil are the bad guys, that once we actually saw why they were doing what they were doing that maybe, just maybe, they are actually RIGHT. I mean sure, from the looks of things Sid, Yoko, and Ryouma may have their own agenda, and they're wanting to bring Kaito in with them, but..well, they're not exactly siding with Yggdrasil in doing so.

As for DJ Sagara, I honestly think he is probably tied much more closesly to Helheim than just spouting things like "we don't know who Helheim will choose" and the like (and we, of course, still don't know what that is actually about). Honestly I think there's a chance that he is a remnant of whatever civilization was taken before or is connected to Helheim in some way beyond just being a part of Yggdrasil.

Freaking fantastic episode. There was a bit of action here and there, but I liked how dialogue heavy it was. We really really needed an episode like this.

Ya DJ Sagara being more than just a crazy dude could be a possibility as well, and just be a survivor who knows what this Helheim thing is about.

Now as for the talk of Shin-Baron, honestly it will most likely be the same suit just with straw effects now with the Lemon Energy on.

Again, what are you talking about? It's Baron getting an upgrade. Duke isn't even a factor. The teaser image we've seen is of Baron's new form, which clearly is Lemon Energy Arms. They won't be repainting a Duke Costume. Baron will just get the Arms as an upgrade or his base suit will be slightly altered like Zangetsu, to accommodate an energy form.

Yeah, seems like the Baron suit being upgraded to look different just like Zangetsu/Shin-Zangetsu change is more logical

Well, that was just plain great. We got some real info on Helheim, some real info on Yggdrasil, and battle lines are getting drawn between the Energy Riders, Yggdrasil, and the wild cards. A lot of stuff got clearer and it looks like we're setting up for some big confrontations in the near future. There is some major, major shit flying right at the fan right now.

And guys?

We're still not halfway through the series!

It is interesting that despite Takatora and Sengoku treating Helheim as being simply an invasive species they also talk about Helheim "choosing" someone.

And on subject of Helheim choosing someone was the Overlord Inves the chosen one from his world?

Holy crap how can this show just keep getting better and better every week?!

So many revelations, so many characters showing their true colours. Its almost too much to put into words.

Those that suggested that this ep was a filer before even watching it with subs should hang their heads in shame, this ep was an absolute monster of an ep.

Jam packed with info and plenty of story progression, just watching Zangestu and Gaim team up was good enough but the ep was even more juicier.

This series just gets better and better, keeps you on your toes and guessing all the time.
