Why everyone wanting Kiriko end up with Chase?

He's NEVER AGE! That's could potentially prevent Chase end up with Kiriko.

Heart was created in 1999 and still today he look exactly same as his 1999 self

Just says 20 years from now, Kiriko is at her mid-40s and Chase look like a young man.

Did you mean which is the best one to get, or which was gotten the best way? I'll answer both just to cover everything.

The best one, to me, was Kiva's Emperor form. Because that suit was beautiful to behold. The regal gold and crimson, the extended Wake Up Fever attack. It all just worked.

The one gotten the best way, to me, was Infinity. Wizard had a lot of problems but the way he received the Infinity ring I always liked. And was a true emotional moment for me.

The same reason he gave the other one to Tezuka: Kanzaki has a really limited worldview and he assumes that his Riders all have the same frame of mind as him. When he saw that Tezuka and Shinji weren't trying to kill all of the others, he didn't realize it was because they didn't want to fight. He assumed that Tezuka and Shinji thought they were too weak to fight the others. So he gave them the Survive cards because he thought that the power-up would inspire them to get more aggressive and start killing. It's that kind of tunnel vision that actually makes Kanzaki one of the more fascinating Rider villains for me, at least from a psychological perspective.

Anyway, to answer rybackmonster's question I'd have to say Kuuga. I like that Ultimate Kuuga is just a natural part of his powers, but Yusuke realized that using them would mean giving up control and embracing a deep well of darkness. That's why he rigged a way to create Amazing Mighty - as an alternative to Ultimate that would allow him to retain control. It's only when that form still proved too weak to fight Daguva that he found a way to tap into Ultimate form without losing himself (and even then he still had Ichijou on standby to kill him if things went pear-shaped). I really like the concept behind that transformation; it's just a pity that the show ran out of enough money to let all of this actually happen on screen and not in between episodes 46 and 47.
