Toku is medium while henshin hero is a sub genre of superhero. I picked what genre I think those shows fit best into from the tropes used in them.

Well judging by what I've seen from this video,its an older tokusatsu.4 teenagers recruited to fight an evil group by a good group of aliens.Each good guy has their own vehicle/mecha.And to me it was a big part of my childhood.....and now its time to get that song stuck in your head again.
