I'm well aware he was never "good" as normal Wolzard. I still think he's the first purple senshi.

According to the Power Ranger Wikia KyoryuCyan (aka Ramirez) is being played by Robot Baldwin. He is, in fact, the same actor who played Gordo on Sazer-X.
