Hey guys! Remember the popular poll series from last year that riled up everybody and got some good discussion and debates in? Well, it's that time of year again guys! This time, instead of me picking who fights who, I want your suggestions! However, here's the game plan that's in store-

1. OOO, Kabuto, and Kuuga aren't allowed in matchups, due to them placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd last year.
2. Showa Riders and Heisei riders will have their own tournament, with at least 8 matchups for Showa and 32 for Heisei.
3. Riders besides the 3 in rule one that participated in last year's tournament can battle again.

So post your suggestions for battles here, and also vote in the poll if you wanna start with the Showa or Heisei tournament! Thanks for reading! Battles will officially start on March 23!

Showa, because some of these Hesai Riders are just plain weird. Plus all my favorites are Showa.

My vote is for Heisei. The only suggestion that I can think of offhand if Ryuki vs. Ryuga, because I wasn't to amused with Agito interloping in their battle last time.

Anyway, I'd prefer Heisei first. No disrespect to Showa, but the Heisei battles were just more fun, because most people knew them, meaning it led to actual debates and not 10 straight battles of "Well, I don't know much about Super-1/Amazon/Stronger/Other Showa Rider, so I'm just going to vote for their opponent."

As for some match ups, let's go predator vs. prey.
Chameleon Vs. Dragonfly, Verde Vs. Drake
Lion Vs. Gazelle, Beast Vs. Imperor
Wasp Vs. Spider, TheBee Vs. Leangle
Shark Vs...Another Shark, why not. Faiz vs. Abyss

And stuff like that. It'd be pretty limited to animal and insect themed characters, but I think it'd lead to some neat matches.

Pretty much this, yeah. The Showa era sadly just doesn't have the same fanbase as the Heisei. Plus with only twelve Riders, Tackle, and Shadow Moon you'd exhaust the options really quickly.

My one caveat, though? We should totally throw the First/Next Riders into the mix. Those movies came out in the Heisei era, after all.
