Tackle isn't a Rider, L'Arc was a bitch, and battles involving more than one character is just too chaotic.

I knew I forgot some. But you can scream it atop Mt. Everest and broadcast that throughout the world, I will still fight for Tackle being recognized as a Rider. It's time we all accepted it.

Narumi Akiko- That one dream sequence where she was Double (a part of me died in that episode).
