Yeah there's still plenty of time for them to the other Go-Busters stuff. As ZeoRanger pointed out they're still doing Gokaiger exclusives, and Fourze as well.

But Go-busters, for lack of a better word, was a complete bomb. The show was cripplingly unpopular and they had a very hard time selling any of the toys.

Fourze is only getting figures because of the new movies coming out and Basco likely came so late because he was a villain who turned out to be really popular with fans. We haven't even seen prototypes for Beet and Stag and there's no other releases planned for Go-busters that would be pushing them back. Infact, the whole Sentai line seems to have been put on hold until Akibaranger. Chances are, we only got Gorisaki because the figure would have been too far along in production by that point to cancel. If they hadn't even begun working on Stag and Beet though, what reason is there to release figures of two characters from a horribly unpopular show?

I don't mean to be a killjoy, but I wouldn't assume they'll release every member of a team, just for completion sake. We still only have Gosei Knight, Red Hawk, Black Condor and Bouken Red, with no sign of the rest of the members being released (even if rumour suggest an extra two might be coming). I don't even think we'll see the other Zyurangers, despite popular opinion.
