This is 100% true. Green Hippopotamus has been teased for this special (along side Black Puma & the alternate Pink Buster) for a long time.

Dude I know. Shinkenger Returns V-Cinema was awful, absolutely terrible. Goseiger Returns was passable aside form the stupid memory wipe they pulled on the whole damn planet. This one feels like it'll be amazing and it doesn't have a terribly high bar to aim for
