LSR definitely.I find LSR's opening to be a rather good song. RPM however.

RPM's theme is not the best. However, it is much more lively than Lightspeed Rescue's theme.

Okay, I can, I pick Lightspeed Rescue. Because of that deep brass chiming in the beginning riff. I like it because it just sounds awesome.
But I will STILL love the RPM theme.
