Wes.

Only seen him in the HOPR episode that Linkara did on Time Force, but he was way more badass than Troy could ever hope to be.

This is really no contest. Wes is a serious candidate of mine for best Red Ranger ever. Wes went for rich, spoiled brat to an effective team leader with such strong leadership skills that he proved that the team needed him. Seriously, compare Wes in Forever Red and the Wild Force crossover special to Wes in episode 1 of Time Force. The boy has seriously grown into a fine Red and warrior.

Troy is just...not that interesting.

Not to mention that at this stage, Troy has barely any fancy gizmos while Wes has the Battlizer and multiple weapons, so he doesn't even have that advantage that other bland Reds like Jayden had.

Besides being one of the bests Reds in the franchises history, Wes is easily one of the most fully developed characters in any series.
