Oh dear lord. As a non-brony, I am scared to see how we look...but really curious to see Ai

Well...I've drawn Kabuto and OOO as ponies...so I have some experience drawing Toku heroes as ponies. It's difficult, but not impossible, as demonstrated by Deekary's Ultraman pony custom.
