Well, with the reveal of Indonesia's newest Toku series, they have forced my hand. I drew this a while back, scanned it and showed it to my buddies Kiryu, PkmnMstr and Sentai. He was supposed to be a secret until his debut Access, but the Indonesian Toku might believe that I copied this straight from them, when I created him a while back. Here he is:
