It's really kinda wonky and a bit slapdash in places (from what I can say of my rewatch so far).

I haven't watched any of the Saban Era shows (aside from a few episodes of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers).

They were good when I was a kid, less so now I am an adult.

I really don't wanna rewatch In Space because I adored it as a kid and I'm scared it'll just be really horrible.

I actually enjoyed re-watching In Space as an adult. Granted, it's flaws were painfully clear and the high school scenes were tacked on and hard to watch, but, for the most part, it was still an enjoyable series.
