GUIS did the first six episodes but has since dropped it. The only alternative at the moment is the HK subs, which are pretty terrible. I'm not sure how easy those are to get anymore since the file sharing kerfuffle back in January. Someone will probably pick Black RX up now that Black is fully subbed - maybe Century Kings will continue with it, maybe someone else.
