If you need any better representation of this, just watch as Sam and Dean murder hundreds of innocent people throughout Season 8 because apparently the vessels don't matter any more when demons are inside them. I remember when they'd pain over a single demon for episodes at a time, risking their own lives to save the stranger the demon possessed. Well fuck that, that was actually emotionally involving storytelling and we don't want any of that! Let's just write more fanbaiting between Cas and Dean. This is the kind of shit that makes me fed up of absolutely everything in modern Supernatural, it's just a massive inconsistent mess.
