She has a hive mind legion of fans, despite doing fuck all to earn it, other than anoraks who think she is quirky because they've never gone outside to realise that no one in the entire world exists like Kira, characters like Kira only populate live action Disney shows.

I voted Gia.Only thing Kira has is a scream....and flight.Super Dino mode isn't really too super.They just dash by and cut people with their spikes,which is what Kira does normally anyways.

No blind favortism here, I voted for Kira because I think she could honestly beat Gia 1 on 1. Kira would still get the snot beat out of her but she'd win. They're very evenly matched, both being roughly the same age and background (i.e. no military/police training). Both have a blaster for long range attacks and a specialty weapon for close range attacks. I think that, combined, Kira's shout, SDM, and limited flight might give her the slight advantage she needs.
