Something about this reminds me of those cheap figures you can find in Family Dollar. That's probably where that logo would be most fitting.

I'm pretty sure that version is fanmade. The logo is is real, from the licencing thing, but the added rangers is fan art.

EDIT: Come to think of it, I don't see the little copyright symbol anywhere on that logo, so there's that to think about.
