Oh they're trying, alright.

Trying to alienate their fanbase that is. On that note they are succeeding.

I think the Amazon pre-orders tell the story quite nicely. The PS4 was the most bought item, and it's launch day preorders are sold out. The XboxOne launch edition is readily available. Granted we don't know what kind of inventory they were allocated, but with the PS4 releasing later I'd have to imagine it was somewhat similar.

The Last of Us yes, but Beyond no. Nothing against Beyond, but it is just coming out at a bad time. I mean, GTAV is coming out in Sept and Watch_Dogs (and the PS4) in Nov. However, while I will be getting the PS4 and WD on day 1, I am not playing any video games at that time until I 100% GTAV. So it could be Jan before I actually touch WD and the PS4 for all I know.

Well that, and honestly, I need to read reviews on Beyond. I just don't understand where the game is going anymore. I mean, the game they showed the other day looks NOTHING like the game they showed us last year. What happened to the ghost thing that the girl was talking to? I just don't see how they come together.

Yeah, I preordered it. It is Ready at Dawn and Sony, so I have a good feeling about it. Does not mean it won't turn out bad, but there is a 90% chance it will be great. Plus, the setting makes it stand out, so I hope it is good.
