Disney constantly threatened to axe the show and pretended to not care. Then each season had loads of money thrown at it for new footage, casts that could actually act and stories that were actually coherent.

No, RPM finished and it was replaced with a new version of MMPR season 1 which had horrible comic style transitions and similar effects.

Have you see the MMPR toys that are all over Tescos at the moment? They were made for this. Yeah, we're only getting 2010 toys now

It is really depressing, I feel like that poor kid in high school movies who saves up for the latest trend and everyone has already moved on already.
