Does anyone have a raw of MegaRanger 38?

I need an episode of MegaRanger that features all 5 NeijiRangers, and I believe 38 is their introduction episode, so that would make the most sense. Does anyone know where I can download it from? Or does anyone have it? I am doing a panel at NDK in Sept called "The Darkside of the Spandex" featuring villainous rangers and riders and I want to show a clip of the NeijiRangers in it.

Thanks, but how does that site work? I keep getting some .exe stuff trying to download and not the episode.

Under the video there's a few buttons. There's a download button and a priority download button. click download. When you press download, on the right side there is a countdown. After the countdown is done, click on free download.

When I click on the download site, it gives me the two options, but nothing happens with the 20 seconds. It just sits there frozen on 20 and when I click on it, it asks me to log in.
