Jason morphed in Forever Red, indicating his Dino coin is still around, and considering Adam's was too, then it's easier to assume the remaining Dino coins are still around.

You know. They never really explained that one well... or at all. I get why. Budget constraints, hell they were using left over Beetleborg suits for the villians, and they didn't have alot of time to include everyone and explain how they got their powers back. But.. some explination would've been shibby. Only one that made sense was Tommy has Zeo Red. The Zeo Powers never really went away, they just switched to Turbo.
Adam coming back in that first return episode he did, I loved. The broken coin, him needing to use it one more time to save the day. I love me some Adam being badass.

Well, to be fair, it would have been tedious to come up with some kind of explanation for where Jason got his powers back. Even taking time constraints into account, it just would have been dull. Also, his are the only powers unaccounted for (Since it's assumed that Storm Blaster had a Blue Turbo morpher linked directly to it for Justin, Lightning Cruiser could do the same with a Red Turbo morpher for TJ), while everyone else's powers were never destroyed or could easily be gotten back (Like Leo getting his Quasar Saber back).

Anyway, Adam's morphing circumstances were pretty cool, yeah.
