Definetly show up to fight.He doesn't just command the SPD Rangers,he commands SPD itself for Earth,so he knows it takes alot to be a leader,even showing that he can fight too.

What kind of world is this where I need to be the voice of sanity. Your question makes no sense. Kruger did show up to each and every fight, and when he wasn't fighting he was doing something Tommy has never done. Lead the Team. He was a mentor, he was a tactition, he was everything for those five SPD Rangers.
He didn't spend every waking moment inside SPD HQ pouting and crying over a picture of his lost wife. Like you seem to be implying.

He sucked it up and did his damn job.
