There will not be a skirt. A video interview was uploaded and they had the female yellow changed into the display. Now, there's still a chance it could be an added accessory, but I doubt it.

I'm happy for the MMPR fans that don't like the male body, but to me Tiger Ranger looks wrong with a female body, I'm sticking with the JP release, definitely.

I'm glad that they're offering both. I'm leaning towards the male body for show accuracy though the female body looks nice as well.
