That Trini Kwan Figuarts looks awesome. I may still buy both of them, but man, she looks great.

I had to laugh -- notice how the MMPR one is posed legs together, but the Zyuranger one posed legs apart. In the Zyu2 footage, the Yellow Ranger did teleportation and other team poses with her legs together like Pink Ranger; in Zyuranger, Tiger Ranger poses with his legs apart like the other 3 men.

Since I have never seen Zyuranger a female Yellow holds more interest for me. I always wondered how the guy who played the Yellow Zyuranger felt when/if he found out the re-cat him as a female in the U.S. version.

Well, MMPR isn't, like, an adaptation or anything. It just uses the same fights. They didn't really re-cast him.

He didn't care. It's common place for male suit actors to play female characters. Look up Yuichi Hachisuka sometime. He's the suit actor for a lot of female rangers and villains including Gokai Yellow, Yellow Buster, and Candelilla.

I hope I've crushed some fantasies with this post
