It's the finer points that makes lawyers effective. Twilight would play things by the books and with no deviation.

Rarity would make a much better lawyer in her ability to see beyond what the text on the page tells her.

Actually, now that I think about it... wouldn't Fluttershybe the better lawyer, what with "The Stare" and the ability to infuse the people surrounding her not want to make her cry?
