Power Rangers Crash Helmets?

I apologise if this isn't the right place or whatever,

Anyone know if this is like...a thing?

Looking into doing a CBT so I can get a cheap scooter to pootle me to work and back and I thought it'd be so cool to have a Power Rangers style crash helmet, but does anyone do these? And I am aware that lots of people make custom helmets, but that is a lot different to a helmet designed to protect me in an accident.
