I have to say these 'Mega' evolutions are awful, I mean all the designs are actually fine, but I fail to see what is 'mega' about them considering they barely look any different to their previous evolution.

Well they aren't really evolutions from what I gather. They're just like "MegaMewtwo" - a forme change. An excuse, really, to alter stats and give Pokémon access to different abilities.

I'm actually really liking MegaMawile... For starters, Mawile is now part Fairy type. MegaMawile also gets the Huge Power ability. So it's going to be pretty dang strong.

Yeah not digging the Super Megaforce Pokemon at all. The designs are alright (bar Mewtwo who is still awful) but they just seem so pointless.

Oh I thought these were called 'Mega Evolutions'? If it is just a form change, then I actually don't mind them that much.

Bleh serebii's referring to them as both haha. But since Mewtwo is just a form change and since he (or she, apparently...) is grouped with them, I'm just guessing they're form changes too. Blaziken and Ampharos can't (or shouldn't, unless they seriously want to change even that entrenched part of the games) evolve anymore, after all.

Well I think the rules of Pokémon have long since gone out of the window, which I don't mind honestly because it led to a lot of wacky things, which have as often hit the mark as they have missed it.

I'm calling fake, the Blaziken one looks badass but that's probably the fact that he's my favorite Pokemon.
