Haruto's/Wizard's Dragon Phantom

If Haruto became the Dragon Phantom like how Sora became Gremlin and how Fueki became Wiseman? What do you think his form will look like?

- Dragon's face almost like Phoenix's
- Hurricane Wings
- Water Tail (like Putotyra's tail)
- Land Claws
- Jewel on torso
- Wielding two weapons: a crossbow & an axe-sword like Axecalibur named Hope and Despair

Eiji became a Greeed when 5 purple dino medals were inserted to him, then Maki inserts 2 more into Eiji's body to become that Greeed. Why not for Haruto to become a monster too?

They should have done a 3 parter where Haruto goes into despair and his Dragon Phantom comes out. The dragon could use all of Haruto's main tools he got up to that point too so it would challenge Beast. Something would happen to Koyomi and then Haruto returns to normal in order to get his Infinity form.
