I think he'd get Taur Legs like she does, she still needs a name to, and big bear claws that look a little like Kamen Rider Tiger's Claws from Ryuki. And a wolf shaped helmet design. It'd combine both power and speed. Plus, he'd have enhanced senses like a wolf.

I think I'll call her Mori. Japanese for Forest according to Google.

I don't think turning a Rider into a taur would work, unless it'd be something akin to the Grasshopper or octopus legs and the taur legs would be optional.

Anyway, that sounds solid.

They'd come out for his Scanning Charge. He'd become a taur, gain Stag Antlers, and charge the enemy. Slashing with his Paws and thrashing his Antlers. Ending it with a fierce hindleg kick.
