That said, at least with W I can ignore the entire last episode and be happy. Ryuki I have to ignore like..10 minutes of the last episode, which is a bit more annoying to do IMO.

Yeah, the last episode's story definitely needed to be longer.

I don't give a fuck at this point.
It's boring and obviously had no plan, with poorly written characters and mediocre actors portraying them.
It getting 53 episodes is tortuous and like drawing out a train wreck.

LOL at the people getting pissy at Wizard getting 53 episodes and complaining why X neo-heisei series didn't get 53 episodes.

I have enjoyed Wizard so far, granted, it doesn't have much story until the 30's but it doesn't waste your fucking time like Kuuga. I just wish Beast had his own Timer accessory....

Most of this is your opinion and some of it I'll even agree with you on, but I don't think it's fair to say Wizard didn't have a plan. If you've watched the most recent episode you'll know exactly what the purpose has been of damn near everything that's gone on in the series and it makes everything click perfectly (even that stupid arsonist arc).
