Nope, sadly I don't have any Bogota pictures with me, my camera had no batteries the last time I went :P

It's Bucaramanga.
Then again the architecture all around Colombia is pretty much the same.

No, one country east. La Guaira, Venezuela then relocated to Porlamar on Isla Maragrita. Sadly haven't been back home in quite a few years.
