Though the show itself is several episodes in we first brought you news of Bima Satira Garuda back in May. And now after many anxious months the official toyline for the series has been unveiled at Anime Festival Asia 2013! Blogger and Tokunation member dejivruR attended the show and was kind enough to take plenty of photos!

On display is just about anything you can imagine for Bima. Role play masks changers & weapons like Bima Changer and Helios Sword, DX action figures & mecha like Bima God Helios and Azazel and much more! Curiously there also appears to be a prototype of a highly articulated figuarts-esque Bima on display. The Maximum Poseable Action Figure or MPAF Bima looks close in both design and quality to Bandai's S.H.Figuarts line. If nothing else the figure looks very impressive for a brand new line!

Hi Den O thank you very much for featuring these and hopefully i'll post more info about BIMA SATRIA GARUDA and the toylines following the series and by the way

BIMA role play mask already released - priced bout $3 or IDR 35.000 here in the originating country

BIMA soft vinyl figure is already released too - priced bout $12 or IDR 120.000 or lower depending on various vendors in the originating country

BIMA role play Changer is scheduled to be released on November and will on sale at the price about $16 or IDR 169.000

while BIMA DX Figure is already reached production timeline, but there have been no news whatsoever about the release date and the price. as i see the DX figure with my own eyes, it looks to me that it's base body looked so much alike to SHS (Souchaku Henshin Series) - the predecessor to SHFiguarts toyline... this is proven by the quite limited articulation and the form of both hands which uses same system as SHS figures, plus the details are quite rough, but i hope the final product would be better

BIMA DX GOD HELIOS figure has been shown on the post above, that it has reached the prototype timeline, and might already enter production timeline too (this is just my speculation) no news about the release date and price yet, but i guess it would be shortly after DX BIMA FIGURE, it looks neat especially on the gigantic part of GOD HELIOS, interesting toy to have

and BIMA MPAF - Maximum Posable Action Figure just reached prototype state, with the grey-ish appearance, i gotta say the details is much much better than DX FIGURE BIMA, but can't really say that just yet coz of prototype gig wouldn't be as promising as the final product. for you who ever known of BANDAI's toyline like SRHF that features riders from 555 series, or CORM that features kabuto riders (plus the cast off gimmick) or maybe OCC - ozu combo change toyline, or the recent WAP - wizard action please toyline... MPAF is pretty much like those toylines...

it's the one wielding the blue helios blade... BIMA DX FIGURE. and btw it's not Garuda Armor... it's BIMA's default form... and you simply call it BIMA, so SATRIA GARUDA or GARUDA WARRIOR in english is a terminology you use to call the franchise like Kamen Rider this... or kamen rider that, or this sentai, or that sentai...
